NSK a true son of the soil from Walvis Bay is a seasoned radio personality with 12 years' experience. Having started out on campus radio at UNAM before joining Energy 100, One FM and then Fresh FM. He is an MC as well as an actor.

Shai_Quan has been with Fresh FM on and off for 12 years. She has a corporate background specializing in Marketing and Events. She is passionate about Mental Health, Personal Development and Healing. She is a part time lifestyle Youtuber.

Their mission is simple...thou shall not leave thy house without positive energy! Fresh Breakfast is the burst of positive vibrations in the morning that you so desperately need. Fresh Breakfast will make you understand...that you CAN and WILL have a good day
