On PHLY 3 to 5 we were joined by Bongani Chinkanda who is an advertising entrepreneur. He spoke about his aims to raise R160 000 in his quest to highlight the realities about depression and anxiety, by putting his pedal to the metal where he will attempts to cycle 160km on a gravel road from Hartbeespoort to Sun City in May 2022.
