To help us unpack this issue, we are speaking to Lethlogonolo Mokgoroane, 2018 M&G Top 200 young people who obtained his LLM from the University of California, Los Angeles.
As a Sonke Gender Justice fellow, he uses his knowledge and experience with queer, Black feminist and critical race theory to challenge a system that continues to plague the marginalised bodies of queer people and Black womxn.
