How to handle matriculants who did not pass their exams

The whole country is currently celebrating the 2020 matric top achievers, rightfully so, but if we are not careful, we could find ourselves ignoring matriculants who didn't make it and are currently sinking in depression.

The truth is that the expectations set around matric results are high and if a learner misses the mark, they might identify as a complete failure. At times, their family members might not know how to support them.
