Faithworks, a network of South African Muslims hosted an inter-faith vigil yesterday in Johannesburg to condemn the violence of organisations that claim to represent Islam. They hosted the vigil for the people who have lost their lives and dignity at the hands of groups like the Islamic State (IS) in Iraq and Boko Haram. These organisations claim to represent Islam, but acts contrary to the teachings.
