City to appeal judgement in SANRAL application

The City intends to appeal judgement in the SANRAL secrecy application. On the 28th of August, Judge Ashley Binns-Ward of the Western Cape High Court dismissed SANRAL's and the Protea Parkway consortium (PPC) secrecy applications. However, the City is unable to make known the information that is of interest to the public.
