Kenfac ratepayers discuss land occupation

Last week, we chatted to Kensington-Facreton ward councillor Lisa Macbride on the occupation of a piece of land owned by the Ndabeni Trust. While the area is not the property of the City of Cape Town, Kenfac residents say the responsibility lies with the landlord to keep the area clean and secured.
