Consisting of a 1.9km swim, 90km cycle and a 21.1km run the first Tri Rock Cradle of Humankind takes place on 15 February 2015.Listen to this week’s show to find out some of the challenged Grant has had to overcome to get the race on the calendar, including having to build a road as well as what you can expect if you race the event next year.We also spoke about the upcoming 2014 Tri Rock Durban. If you want to find out more or to enter the race you can visit their website here.
