This is a cause for concern as these players cannot perform to the best of their abilities when representing their respective clubs. Current head coach of current DStv Premiership log leaders and title holders Mamelodi Sundowns Rulani Mokwena recently came out and claimed that several of his first-team regulars returned from International duties being burnt-out or injured with no warning from the Bafana medical team.
