The Post Office entered into an agreement with the SASSA to serve as a pay point for SASSA beneficiaries. As per the agreement, some of their mandates are to make sure that beneficiaries are paid within an hour, have a help desk, etc. Noluthando Festile is in conversation at Nkqubela FM about the mandates the Post Office must do.
