During this year's World Aids Day commemoration it was revealed that HIV/Aids remains a public health issue that continues to rob the country of the much-needed human capital and compromises socioeconomic progress.

The theme for World AIDS Day 2022 is "Putting Ourselves to the Test: Achieving Equity to End HIV", which emphasizes accountability and action.

For more on this, Soini Negongo spoke to the Executive Director in the Ministry of Health and Social Services, Ben Nangombe.
