A second tiger has gone on the loose in Johannesburg in the month of January. This time a 9-month-old tigress was spotted in Edenvale, Johannesburg and was later captured to be released into a sanctuary. Mpho Mashita and Complexion got into a conversation with the Director of Four Paws South Africa, Fiona Miles on the #CapricornBreakfast who weighed in on the breeding and illegal trade of Tigers, Lions, Leopards and Jaguars in the country.
