With the Oak Valley Sounds of Silence Pinot Noir 2021, the nose reveals cherries, rose petal and inviting cinnamon. The palate offers cranberry and riper cherry flavours with more savoury notes as the red wine breathes. The finish is long and refreshing thanks to the good acidity from the vintage.
