On paper, Jason Smith seems like any other 38-year-old. However, in 2009, he started competing in Crossfit competitions and has made it to the Crossfit Games three times, with 2023 being his fourth appearance. He has held the title of Fittest Man in Africa multiple times since 2013 and this year is no different.
