Water and Sanitation Minister Senzo Mchunu says the Hammanskraal water crisis can be traced back to 2004. The death toll in the cholera outbreak in Hammanskraal has risen to 22, the Health Department confirmed on Thursday. But what remains a mystery is where the source of the outbreak is.
