The former Prime Minister of Georgia, and McKinsey partner, Nika Gilauri caught up with Tim Modise at the Biznews studio, talking about his career in the Georgian government and how he became Prime Minister at the age of 33. Gilaur , who first started out as the country's Energy Minister, developed Georgia into a net exporter of electricity in two years. The former Prime Minister tells Tim how government improved its 'Doing Business' ranking from 112 to within the top 10 in five years - the country’s economy grew and per capita increased four-fold in that period.
