Otherwise you Well? Season 1: Episode 1: (PILOT) Guest: Jason Goliath. Host: Nina Hastie
--:--
In this pilot episode we really want to give you a taste of the format of the first season of 'Otherwise, you well?' In this episode we use the "16 Personality" test (which is based on the MBTI / Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)
Personality Tests are a great way of figuring out who you are - and a much more entertaining way of showing a viewer what the process of self discovery can look like.
Each episode features a different guest, and a different tests. We will explore a lot of Enneagram, Jordan Peterson's new test, Handwriting, Human Design etc...
This won't be the only type of content we offer. Our objective is to give you as many tools as possible to give you an easy entry point into your journey of self discovery - so we will be talking to many experts, with as much range and representation as problem - as we have discovered that there is a lot of cultural stigma around Mental Health in South Africa - and a big contributing factor is the lack of representation of mental health experts in mainstream media.
Keep in mind - we do not offer therapy, our host is not a psychologist - we offer content.
We hope that you find something interesting, inspiring and relatable!
