An official of US-based Human Rights Watch says she’s elated by the recapture of former military leader Captain Moussa Dadis Camara. Camara, who had been in prison and on trial for his role in the 2009 alleged stadium massacre of protesters, was freed by heavily armed gunmen. He was recaptured hours later. Elise Keppler, associate director of the International Justice Program at Human Rights Watch, tells VOA’s James Butty, she was shocked when she learned about Camara’s jailbreak.
