INTERVIEW | Trade unions on statutory obligations

The Ministry of Labour, Industrial Relations, and Employment Creation has warned trade unions that failed to meet their statutory obligations to do so immediately or risk unspecified action.

Speaking to Milcah Negongo on the World at Six programme, Acting Labour Commissioner Kylliki Sihlala said those who failed to receive compliance orders have been given a chance to get their compliance orders, and failure thereof will risk the last resort.
