The holiday season has reached a critical point where transport providers often overcharge desperate travellers, with many vacationers wanting to get to their destinations on time.

According to the Namibia Buses and Taxi Association (NaBTA), although the situation was addressed specifically this year, it has been a problem for quite some time.

For more on this, Milcah Negongo spoke to the Secretary General of NaBTA, Pendapala Nakathingo.
