Mpho Molema is an award-winning Young Tourism Entrepreneur based in Kuruman in the Northern Cape province. She is the Founder of The Workshop ko Kasi, an eco-tourism and creative hub that offers authentic experiences in food, culture, conferencing, camping, tours and events. Her establishment is constructed partly out of natural and recycled material like tyres, pallets, stones and operates off-the-grid with a low impact on the environment and great social and economic benefits to the local community.

Mpho's passion for tourism, arts and sustainability has won her the national Emerging Tourism Entrepreneur of the Year 2017 when she became a tourism entrepreneur and many other awards thereafter. She currently holds different leadership roles in the tourism and creative industries. She is the Chairperson of the JTG Women in Tourism and runs art projects developing public art spaces in her community and other spaces throughout South Africa as a Tourism Grading Assessor.
