Doug Cuthand, Indigenous affairs columnist for the Saskatoon StarPhoenix and the Regina Leader-Post and a member of the Little Pine First Nation, joins Evan to discuss what we have learned from the inquest and the shifts that he believes need to take place to ensure a tragedy of this magnitude does not happen again.
