According to Jacaranda FM journalists: "The City of Cape Town confirmed that the unpleasant odour permeating the air is attributed to the arrival of the cattle ship, Al Kuwait, on Sunday evening." However, South Africans are not only concerned with the smell but with the situation onboard the ship and the circumstances surrounding its movements.
