The wait is almost over for fans of South African musical icon Thandiswa, who will release her fourth studio album, Sankofa, on 10 May 2024. The singer, who released her latest single, ‘Kulungile’, featuring the acclaimed Nduduzo Makhathini, on 12 Aprill, said over the 30 years she's been in the music industry, she's been on a journey of self-discovery and has been using her mic and voice as tools to heal from her past pains and traumas, and to an extent to those of others.
