Norway has switched off FM Radio and gone Digital

66% of listeners in Norway have a digital radio. As a result the Norwegian Government has been brave and taken the steps necessary to migrate completely to DAB. Here in SA, despite it being the correct thing to do, our Minister is still delaying. Why? Cant she decide who will honor her kickback?
