Theme this week and the effect of their movements on the rest of your body.
Position: lying on your back with straight legs in parallel position and hip distance apart.
Exercises:
2. Feet point up and down, In and out
3. Bend Right knee to right shoulder and then straighten right leg to the ceiling, pushing the heel to the ceiling at the same time to stretch the back of the leg. Repeat action.
Repeat left leg.
4. Log Roll to sitting
Then place right ankle across left thigh. Ankle rotations. I call this the Pub exercise. Men always sit on Pub stools with a leg placed across the other leg. This position is excellent for two reasons.
A) it stretches the buttock muscles
B) it gives opportunity to exercise the ankles.
