Transform Your Body by Mastering Your Mind | Steve Mululu

--:--
You have one body, one mind and one life. What are you doing with them? Join Craig as he speaks with renowned physical trainer and motivator, Steve Mululu, about how to honour yourself and those you love by being the best possible version of yourself. Be warned though, once you listen to this you will have no more excuses to be anything but your best, physically, mentally and emotionally.

There is more to the story: When Steve suffered a life-threatening brain haemorrhage early last year, doctors told him he had a 5% chance of survival. After three risky surgeries, temporarily losing his sight, and being unable to walk, he made a miraculous and full recovery. Doctors credited his incredible resilience and rapid recovery to his high level of physical fitness. Looking at him today, you'd never have an inkling he was on the edge of life and death not that long ago — a testament to the strength of his mind and determination of will to push past pain and fully rehabilitate to his optimal physical self. If this doesn't prove the life-giving power of being physically in shape, nothing will!
