The Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities (SARM) is gearing up to hold its midterm convention later this week in Saskatoon. The convention will focus on education, debate and resolutions put forward by various communities in the province. Evan welcomes SARM president, Bill Huber, back to the show to get a sense of what will come from the convention.
