As the founder and director of the BAI Heatseekers Festival, he has built a groundbreaking platform that nurtures emerging talent while fostering global connections within the entertainment industry. Through strategic partnerships with the Gauteng Film Commission (GFC), the National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF), and Artistry JHB, Njuguna continues to create opportunities for African creatives to gain exposure, funding, and mentorship.
Beyond his work with BAI, Njuguna is an acclaimed director and producer, known for his unique ability to capture the essence of contemporary African culture.
