Tim McMillan, co-founder and partner at Garrison Strategy, former president and CEO of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) and former Saskatchewan MLA, joins Evan to speak to what the election could bring in terms of outcomes for that limit, also referred to as a production cap.
