In this second episode, Lasi Matshidiso sits down with Dr. Malebo Mashaba, a Clinical Psychologist who has dedicated the past 15 years to advocating for Mental Health in Africa. With a PhD from North-West University, Dr. Mashaba’s work has focused on the psychosocial pathways to wellbeing for individuals in recovery. She is the Founder and Chairperson of Action for Change, and her impact has earned her prestigious recognition, including CEO of the Year (Tanzania, 2024) and the Mental Health Specialist Award (Zimbabwe, 2025).
