Whether it’s locally or abroad- people have been loving the idea of having a fully curated trip by a travel agent, which can sometimes lead to them being scammed by chance takers. Mpho Mashita and Jones Netshipise are joined by Mmalethabo Kgomongwe, the Marketing Specialist at Harvey World Travel to talk about travel agents, what to look out for in order to confirm that they are legit and how to spot a scam.
