There's a lot of legal activity in the news this week. Two Alberta lawyers have now been disbarred after hiring a private investigator to follow a Manitoba justice a few years ago. U.S. President Donald Trump's tariffs were declared 'illegal' by a lower American court, and he's taking his fight now to the Supreme Court. And Harvard University won its lawsuit against the Trump administration over its freezing of research funds in the name of stopping antisemitism. Evan welcomes University of Alberta law professor, Gerard Kennedy, to explain more about each of these legal scenarios in the news.
