Married for 19 years and mom to a 12-year-old boy, Laura deeply understands the demands of balancing family life, faith, and personal well-being.
She has a heart for empowering women to understand what’s really going on in their bodies - especially during the seasons of transition that come with our 30s, 40s, and beyond.
