Is the Business Development Manager at Witkoppen Health and Welfare

She also oversees the Social Services team, including the Orphaned and
Vulnerable Children and Family Care programmes, and chairs the

development strategies.
With over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Elaine brings
