PLENARY ADDRESS: Vusi Thembekwayo – Business Leadership for Actuaries in both Management and Specialist Roles, CLOSING REMARKS: Roseanne Murphy da Silva, Chair: Roseanne Murphy da Silva. Vusi Thembekwayo is the youngest JSE director in South Africa and has influence over R4.27bn in capital through board appointments. As a business speaker he empowers audiences with new knowledge, research findings and tools that they can immediately apply in their businesses or careers to achieve “step-change” results. He ran a R400mln division in a R17bn multi-national where he achieved the highest EBITDA within the group and today is the youngest director of a listed company and also serves on several boards.
