South Africa has entered its strike season, the country faces pressures from political tensions in the build up to next year's election but as we move into wage negotiations in various sectors, more pressure is building up as most unions oppose the new amendments to the Labour Relations Act and its proposed minimum wage of R20 per hour. Dennis George - General Secretary of The Federation of Unions of South Africa spoke to Business Day TV on what to expect this strike season.
