Arrowhead declares H1 dividend of 40.43c

Arrowhead Properties has declared an interim dividend of 40.43 cents, and managed to reduce its vacancy level to 10.63% from just over 12% previously. The company says it's anticipating further improvement on that end. They have reported a strong operating performance over the past 6 months and are on track to deliver their full year guidance.
