Court action against Travel and tour operators

The Umrah season is upon us, but unfortunately some travellers have been left stranded. These travellers have decided to institute a court action against a certain travel and tour operator. Some of these pilgrims were supposed to have left on the 24th of December, but had received no confirmation of their bookings. The pilgrims were forced to take legal action to protect their rights.
