Yesterday, we touched on the Constitutional Court’s decision to set aside government’s R10 billion contract with Cash Paymaster Services (CPS) to administer social grants. The Constitutional Court ruled that the contract between the SA Social Security Agency (Sassa) and CPS was invalid.
