Final results of Matric 2013 after Supplementaries

Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga has revealed that the combined results of last year’s matric results and the supplementary examination concluded in March gives the class of 2013 an 80-point-two-per cent pass rate. This represents an improvement of two-point-six-per cent on the previous year’s results. Motshekga says 15 040 more young people can now continue with further studies or enter the world of work.
