Hits on businesses and business owners are becoming more more brazen in the Athlone, Landsdowne and Rondebosch east area. In the last week two attacks have taken place and left the owner of Jimmy's motor spares distraught after a hit on his in couple's driveway. VOC journalist, Imogen Vollenhoven spoke to the Chairperson of the Community Policing forum in Athlone, Aziza Kannemeyer regarding the latest upsurge of violence and attacks on businesses and business owners that has hit the area in recent weeks.
