The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa's (Icasa)'s decision to allow the broadcasting of three pornography channels on TV after eight in the even-ing is being challenged in the Western Cape High Court. Yesterday, we heard that Icasa did not follow procedure when deciding to allow three pornographic channels on local television.
