How often do we buckle up our kids in the back seat of the car? Well child car seats could become compulsory for kids in South Africa. The Western Cape government is proposing legislation compelling parents to transport children in proper “kiddie seats” – as in the UK and Australia – in a bid to end “senseless” child deaths on the road.
