Greg Arde
Greg Ardé is a journalist who writes about politics and business.
He has edited business magazines for The Sunday Times, News24 and Novus. His interest in social justice and entrepreneurship issues led to the publication of several books, including biographies and War Party (Tafelberg 2020), which probes political killings. The book examines the deadly nexus of politics, crime, and the taxi industry. Greg’s first media job was in 1990, and he has since worked for various newspapers and magazines. He contributes to Daily Maverick, AmaBhungane, Groundup, and News24. Greg has done research for a host of reports by the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime on a variety of underworld issues, including assassinations, drugs, extremism, extortion, and infrastructural sabotage.
