On the 13th of November 2021 MUT Radio hosted the Annual General meeting for all Alumni’s at the 2021 Convocation. The function was held on Saturday at Seme Hall. The Vice Chancellor of MUT Professor Marcus Ramgole gave a profound speech based on a book that he wrote for children.
In a two hour broadcast the Professor gave profound wisdom for students, lectures and for even politicians.
His passion for owning one's business and not looking for work, was exhibit by his one dollar challenge. He took R500 from his wallet and divided it amongst 25 students to start their own business.
