Stellenbosch University commits to addressing racism and harassment

Stellenbosch University is committed to setting up an external independent commission of inquiry into incidents of racism and harassment. This comes after student Theuns Du Toit urinated on the belongings of fellow student Babalo Ndwayana this past weekend.
