Gauteng Department of Economic Development in partnership with Radah Skills and Training Education Training Authority (TETA) will be hosting a graduation for 500 graduates in Pretoria as part of the Township Last Mile Delivery Programme.

This means that young people interested in providing these services should possess a licence, have a registered company, have a scooter or access to one, and have other tools of trade. Other companies may choose to employ young people as employees to deliver on their behalf. This means that the young people have to be in possession of a valid licence and meet other requirements for employment (valid SA ID, language proficiency, etc).
