Limpopo health MEC Dr Phophi Ramathuba has defended her actions after being recorded scolding a manager at a clinic in Polokwane. The MEC said she could not pretend to be satisfied if she arrived to witness a chaotic situation at a clinic. Ramathuba said she won't be put off from making unannounced inspections.
