Would AKA's Killer Be Found in 24 Hours by The Apartheid Government?

Business man Vusi Thembekwayo, in an interview highlights that South African leaders are currently incapable of solving social issues. Vusi refers to AKA's death and says killers would've been found in 24 hours had the incident occurred during the rulership of the apartheid government.
